Fridge falling apart
Parts arrived, my son brought the box into the home we first had to take all the food and stuff out of the fridge washed her down made the inside and outside look brand new. (1st) piece replace was the Door Gasket, I couldn't find a flat head screw driver so I used a butter knife and popped out the old Door Gasket cleaned away any gook and grim (Use a mister Clean Magic Eraser) They do a fantastic job. and also they get into those deep hard to reach areas. pop the new one in and that was that. New Door Gasket went right in. The (2nd) Door Retainer bars. they pop off really easy you can hit them with the bottom of you hand and they com right off, got one correct. had to switch the other two around as the door didn't close at first than door closed without a problem in fact it came with an extra (Door Retainer Bar) one so thanks the fridge has an extra should one break. (3rd) the crisper and fresh baskets. scrubs the heck out of the shelf and the glass. those look brand new. and then when dry put everything in added the baskets to were they go fridge looks brand new and we have gotten a whole new skill set. this was a very easy project to do and it was a lot of fun. refrigerator door would not fully close
Took old gasket off and put new gasket into place. Part came in the mail in 2 days. Hardest part was finding the model number of the refrigerator.

Open door remove old gasket, remove new one out of packaging install new gasket

Broken Refrigerator Door Shelf Retainer Bar
We took off the broken bar and put on the new one. It clips on. Took about 10 seconds and could have been done by a 5 year old.

The Gasket was not holding tight and I replaced with a new one.

ice was forming on inside of freezer. door not making complete seal.
door gasket just needed to be pulled out of edge around door and then the new one installed in the edge around freezer door.

Freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling
The site offers a video for this part which worked perfectly. In addition to replacing the part, since the cardboard panel was off, we also cleaned all the dust off of the coils which someone recommended to do annually.

Not running
After waiting over 2wks for my part to arrive, I purchased the part locally and made the repair the same day as I am still waiting for the part to arrive from you guys. Your customer service really needs improving. I paid for 2 day shipping, what a joke. I will be returning the part as soon as I receive it thanks.

Bottom retainer bar on door shelf broke
took replacement part out of box and slipped it right into placed. could not have been easier
