defrost heater not working; defrost timer not rotating so coils ice up
Checked for continuity in heater, defrost thermostat and defrost timer. Heater good; not sure about thermostat or timer. Replaced thermostat - no change. Replaced timer - rotating and heater working.

broken shelf and meat drawer support.
It was pretty self explanatory. The fridge shelf just clicked right into place and a simple screwdriver to replace the drawer support. This made me feel like a boss.

Accidentally broke the glass insert.

My Crisper cover was cracked and broken.
I ordered the replacement part. Cleaned out the bottom of my refrigerator, popped in the new part, replaced the food and was siting in my recliner in under 15 minutes.

Freezer icing up and refrigerator section not cold
Removed four screws for cover on refrigerator temperature controls, unpluged old timer and pluged in new timer. Replaced cover and screws.

The original part was plastic/and broke
unscrewed to little bolts and installed the new/metal part we got rfom partselect.If we may say.this is a great company to buy from! Fast!

The freezer door handle broke
I have rental property and tenants can be very rough on appliances. Parts Select has saved me so much money and aggravation, I love these guys!
As far as the repair goes just take out two screws and put the new handle on with two screws.

The door shelf broke.
Very easily did the repair -- popped the new door shelf right in the place of the old one! No tools needed, no hardware, easy! The part actually measured 24 3/4 but the replacement part said "26 inches" on website & this was THE replacement part. Put this off for so long--ordered part and recd within 2 days, great!

Broken door shelf bin
Opened the box, snapped it in place. Took longer to just open the box! I carefully inspected the part and compared to the original. I could not tell them apart. The fit and finish is perfect. This is a very well made product. Easy to order, fast shipping, well packaged and very easy to install.

lunchmeat drawer support rail broke
husband did it in less than 3 minutes. took top shelf out with part attached. one little screw to remove broke piece and one screw to install replacement part, good as new. took longer to clean the shelf before replacing it back in fridge.

Front upper edge of crisperpan was broken
Slid out old, broken pan and slid in new replacement pan.
