Lost the temperature control know
The knob came in the plastic package. It was the correct part. I opened the package and placed the knob on the prongs. Now it works fine.

Shelfs broke
Replacing was to slide the shelf in on their stubs. My comment about the refrigerator shelfs is they are not made to last. You open the door and one end at the opening side would break. I check to see if it was hanging up however it has plenty of room.

my fridge was missing shelfs
i live in Manhattan and it is so difficult to go and find a repair store that has the things you need for the specific model number. i went online and found partselect.com they had a very nice and easy search engine and gave me all the parts that goes with my fridge i just gave them my model number. i placed my order and got it 2 days after.. the shipment fee was 6 dollar i saved the taxi money going and coming i might have had even had to go to multiple store before i can find my part.

a shelf retainer on our refrigerater broke off.
well, the retainer broke off, so I waited for the new part to come, and when it came, all I had to do was put it on. putting it on took like a second. there were two hooks that the shelf hooked on, so it was really easy.

One blade broke from condenser fan
The part i recieved, from parts select was a larger in circumfrence (<1/4) than the original. However i was not aware of this until after i treid to repair it.
I removed the broken fan from the condenser. This was very sipmle.
When i pluged the refridgerator back in to the outlet the fan tried to start up but soon began to make aloud noise, due to there not being enough clerance.

first fresh food too hot, then freezer too hot
Based on the website I decided it was most probably the defrost timer, and that was correct. I ordered it, watched the video, and two days later the part was at my door. Took the nut driver, removed 4 screws, then removed the old defrost timer, installed the new one, re-installed the whole plastic assembly with the four screws, and done!!! Couldn't have been easier.

Broken meat pan on Kenmore refrig
Just slid it in. Fit perfectly. Called the Help Line just to double check that the pan would fit and they assured me it would. Pan cost $20 less than through the Sears site because of lower price, lower shipping and no taxes. Oh, and the pan came in just two days. Very happy.
