Replaced the old end cap with the new one. Took less than a minute.

Since the end caps were already broken I just took them out & put the new ones in. Total time to do this was less than 5 minutes. Great parts, great prices & super fast shipping

Snapped in missing brackets, cut bar to fit and installed.

I had a fridge that was not working food was melting in the freezer, Beer was warm. You get the picture anyway using your site I found the parts needed to to fix the issue in fact I ordered two parts one fixed the issue 50% and the other like 30% of the time! both parts with overnight shipping were cheaper than 1 part if purchased at our local appliance part outlet:) not to mention the cost of a repair person. Snapped the end caps onto the existing shelf, and eased the assembly into the door slots. Light tapping with a hammer was required to fully seat the assembly into the door. All in all, a straightforward and simple repair.

I simply removed 4 screws holding the casing and then 2 more holding the timer. It was very easy. I then replaced the timer by unplugging and plugged the new one in. I replaced all the screws and the job was done. Less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the shipping time. When I ordered the part, I had it the next day.

Refrigerator started frosting up and running all the time.I'd defrost it and it would frost up again in about a week.The timer seems to be work so I just guest it mite be the Defrost Thermostat.I removed the duck in the center and back panel in the freezer compartment defrosted it and switched Thermostats and replaced panel and duck, going to lower compartment of the refrigerator.So far it seems to be working a little more time while tell.

Traced issue to defrost timer ( burned compressor & element contacts). This unit is mounted next to the temperature adjustment control in the refridgerator area - right in front. Removal of plastic cover provided easy access to the timer. Unit unscrews from the mounting then unplugs. Installation is reverse of removal.

The plastic ends that held the shelf on broke off, once my new ends came in the mail I had to attach them to the metal bar that holds the condiments in the door's shelf. To do this I had to hammer the ends of the shelf a little to get the caps to fit. Once they were on I put the ends of the caps into the holes on the door and had to push down with some force to get them to snap in. Very easy once I realized I had to push harder than I expected to get them to snap in. It's great to have my shelf back!

Replaced defrost timer & thermostat.

snapped in the one end, placed the bar in one end and the other clip on the other end and snapped it in place.

Ordered a new defroster timer and replace old one. It works just fine. A $35 repair vs a $500 new appliance.

This past February 6th, my wife and baby son were in a car accident. Friends were generous and brought food for my family during the height of our crisis time. Our refrigerator was very full and the bar across the door shelf got pushed in and the end caps broke. We ordered the end caps (with the excellent help of Susan M. in customer service) and recieved the parts the next day. I fitted the parts on to the end of the bar and firmly snapped them into place in the refrigerator door. Done! It was that simple. The hardest part was getting both the left and right part, and Susan M. wen WAY out of her way to help us in our time of need. It may sound like a small thing, but it was one more problem during a time of significant family stress and hardship and it was one of the very easiest to fix and it was all done very very quickly. Thank you PartSelect and thank you Susan M. You were our angel in a time of need.

The door shelves in the freezer door of my Frigidaire refrigerator were broken, rendering the shelves useless. I ordered four (4) end caps from PartSelect. The end caps arrived in about five days. I attached the caps to the ends of the door shelves and popped them into the slots on the door. It was a very easy repair!.
