FPDA18TLH0 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

Ordered the pairs of end caps for both the door shelves. The parts arrived the next day. Opened the wrapper slid the end caps on and attached the shelves to the door. Bingo!!! It was that Easy! Done in less than two days and less than $20. It took me some time to figure out if the parts were right though when I searched online.

just had to loosen the old, broken piece, and snap in the replacement. Piece of cake

Snapped in missing brackets, cut bar to fit and installed.

Since the end caps were already broken I just took them out & put the new ones in. Total time to do this was less than 5 minutes. Great parts, great prices & super fast shipping

unplug power from ref removed old light socket only difference wired a little different checked new socket compaired to old checked terminal ends small big looked at wires big,little plugged up put in new light blub plugged ref power back on work power off pushed socket bac in power on works

Replaced the old end cap with the new one. Took less than a minute.

Just snapped in the wholes and pushed it down a little bit and there it was. It only took 2 minutes. Very simple process- price was supper and delivery was very fast.

I used a flat head screwdriver to pry open the front of the socket as I pushed the socket toward the freezer side. I unplugged the two wires connected to the socket then re-connected the two wires to the new socket and popped the new socket back in. I then put a new light bulb in and we had light again in the fridge.

First unplug it and pull away from wall to gain access to the Rear of freezer.
From the rear of the freezer. You can clearly see the compressor.....I had to lay in the floor. Best way to see what your doing .

Is square cover over the start relay..it has a metal bail that retains the cover. Simply remove the strap with a flat blade screwdriver the cover can then be removed. A flashlight and screwdriver is all I needed
The switch body plugs onto the compressor with pins or blades. Mine broke in a few pieces by the time it was completely removed. The start switch has very tight connections so its a bit of a struggle to get it off. ..stick screw driver behind it and try pry evenly until its off..secure new switch on the pins and push it in ..there is one single wire attached to the start switch no confusion there.install cover and its retainer and its done..

I had a fridge that was not working food was melting in the freezer, Beer was warm. You get the picture anyway using your site I found the parts needed to to fix the issue in fact I ordered two parts one fixed the issue 50% and the other like 30% of the time! both parts with overnight shipping were cheaper than 1 part if purchased at our local appliance part outlet:) not to mention the cost of a repair person. Traced issue to defrost timer ( burned compressor & element contacts). This unit is mounted next to the temperature adjustment control in the refridgerator area - right in front. Removal of plastic cover provided easy access to the timer. Unit unscrews from the mounting then unplugs. Installation is reverse of removal.

Replaced defrost timer & thermostat.

Refrigerator started frosting up and running all the time.I'd defrost it and it would frost up again in about a week.The timer seems to be work so I just guest it mite be the Defrost Thermostat.I removed the duck in the center and back panel in the freezer compartment defrosted it and switched Thermostats and replaced panel and duck, going to lower compartment of the refrigerator.So far it seems to be working a little more time while tell.
