Broken blade on fan.
Used needle nose pleirs to slide the old fan off.Then slide the new fan on the spindle.The video really made this easy!

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! The handle on the refrigerator had broken right off!
I unscrewed the top of the handle that was still attached to the door and replaced it with the new handle and really made sure the bottom screw was tight and then positioned the top holes and screwed them into place. VERY EASY!!!

Broken refrigerator door handle.
The repair literally takes 5 minutes...and that included 2 minutes to find my Phillips screwdriver. Save a ton of money, and do simple repairs like this yourself.

Freezer cold and frig warm

Light Would Not Come On.
I removed the four bolts holding the light switch and temp knob with a nut driver, unplugged the unit and moved it to the table top. I removed the switch and replaced it with a new one. I plugged the unit back in and drove the four screws in with a nut driver and the light now comes on when I open the door. Real simple!

broken door rack
took the old one out, put the new one in. Will be an ongoing problem due to the flimsy nature of the rack. Refrigerator is in a rental unit. Great to know parts a just a phone call away, and arrive super fast.
