Tenant Called - Refrigerator Shelf Cracked

First the tenant told me it was the Door Shelf Bin - 2 Liter. However, when I was in town, and went to install the part, I realized that the tenant gave me the wrong information. Took The Shelf Out That The Drawer Was Attached To.Turned It Upside Down.Took The 1 Phillips Screw Out At The Back That The Drawer Slide Was Attached To.Slid The Tab Into The Front Guide,Lined The Screw Hole In The Back Up And Replaced The Screw...Done...

Broken right rail to dràwer.

The part came right away, It only took me a couple of minute's to fix. I just flipped the shelf around. Slid one end of the rail in a slot, and put one screw in on the other end. Finished.

support rail broke when overstuffed meat drawer forced closed

Disassembled shelf and drawer to find broken rail. Found parts number on website's "exploded" parts view. Reassembled with new part and drove one screw to secure. FORTUNATELY I kept old broken part which had special screw needed to reassemble. I would have expected replacement part to include its attachment screw, but it did not.

light socket burned out

snapped the wires from frig onto the proper prong and viola,it works. The proper prong is identified by the size because there are two prongs with the wires and two connecting prongs in the socket. I talked to a very helpful representative and she gave me the number for Frigidaire, when I was confused by the placement of the wire. Wish I had remembered her name to share with you. As it turned out I didn't need to call Frigidaire.
