Old door seal was cracked and didn't seal tight.
Pulled off the old seal and put the new one on. No tools needed. It fit where it was supposed to and seals the door like new now! Thank you!

Lost the temperature control know
The knob came in the plastic package. It was the correct part. I opened the package and placed the knob on the prongs. Now it works fine.

Frame cracked and became brittle
Put old glass in new frame drop one side under small lip of frame..done..perfect!

Bottom shelf bar broke.
Ordered the part. When it arrived (extremely fast delivery), took the old part off and put the new part in. Perfect fit. Took less than one minute to exchange the old with the new.

Old gasket was cracked, dirty, and causing the refrigerator to run overtime.
Easy to peel out old gasket, and new one tucked right in. I was embarrassed that it was so easy and I waited so long. Has made a big difference in how the frig looks and also operates.

Putting the shelf in was a no-brainer. It comes with matching slots and you can't put it in upside down or backwards. Only the right way!

Refrigerator was to warm, about 50 degrees. Freezer working fine.
Came across your site and upon checking site out, I ordered the above parts. Repair was easy, thanks to your tutorial. Did not fix problem, so I posed a question to your site and it was recommended I replace the evap fan. I ordered that part. Thank goodness for next day shipping.
That repair was easy as well, thanks to feedback from one of your other customers who had a similar issue. That repair did fix the problem.

Crisper cover broke
Took out the broken crisper pan cover and replaced it with the new one
Took out the support rail frame turned it over unscrewed the support rail and replaced it with the new one. Repair time 5 mins.

The problem was there were no assembly instructions included with the parts or description of hoe to orient the parts.
Once the parts break and fall into the refrigerator you do not know how they were assembled.
Being a retired engineer helped me figure out how to replace the parts.
You will have to remove the shelf assembly and complete the work outside of the refrigerator.
