support rail broke
removed top shelf from refrigerator, and placed it upside down on counter. removed 1 screw from old track and track was out. put new track in place, put in screw and replaced shelf

Cracked part causing crisper drawer to stick
Remove items on shelf, in crisper drawers and clean all items including the refrigerator bottom before replacing with new part! Looks like a new refrigerator inside now ????

Crisper glass shelf shattered during cleaning.
Extremely easy repair for a 76 year old woman. I just followed the very clear video instructions provided with my order and my fridge was as good as new within 15 minutes.

The slide rail(Drawer Support Rail) I found was made very cheaply. None the less I had to replace it. I did watch the Repair tutorial on your site that made the repair a snap. Ezpeeze!
Removed the shelf and one screw on the back of the rail. Replaced rail and screw. Re-inserted the drawer and it was done.

A set scew was ordered twice.
The first order arrived in a huge box and there was no scew to be found, the box had wholes in it. I was given a refund and told to order again.
The repair did not happen and the set screw which was actually recieved the second time was returned because it was the wrong size.

Blown bulb
Did get bulb from another company replaced bulb was told to hang on to the three bulbs for 30 days if they don't send return label in 30 days throw them out at 95 dollars each

Broken door shelf, front rollers cracked
I installed door shelf myself. Very easy. My son and grand did the roller repair. This was fairly easy but the reason I had them do it was to tilt the refrigerator over to reach. Needed man power!!

Plastic support on rail had broken off
Easy peasy... took the shelf out of the fridge. Unscrewed the old rail. Screwed in the new one. Put the shelf back in. DONE!!!!
My local appliance repair shop said they would have to order the whole shelf in order to fix my problem. It was going to cost $50 and I'd have to wait 3 weeks.
Instead, I found you guys on the internet. The part cost $5 and I got in delivered in 2 days.... CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!
