Old gaskets were cracked. Not a good seal.
Pulled old gasket off. Then put new gaskets on starting on one corner and pressing in all around. Took 20 minutes.

I believe I didn't order all the parts for the shelf. I need the sides, because it's still not in. Also the handle came off the fridge door, there no way to put that on.
I needed the sides so it can stay on track. The freezer and ddor bars were no problem. I talking about the glass rack in refrigerator

replace meat drawer support
Removed glass shelf and frame. Unscrewed support from frame,replace with new support and screwed it into the frame, attach drawer and replace shelf in fridge .

Refrigerator did not cycle
Installation was fairly straight forward. The major complaint is that the problem returned 2 weeks later. I don’t know if I care to re-invest in another switch.

Cracked part causing crisper drawer to stick
Remove items on shelf, in crisper drawers and clean all items including the refrigerator bottom before replacing with new part! Looks like a new refrigerator inside now ????

Crisper glass shelf shattered during cleaning.
Extremely easy repair for a 76 year old woman. I just followed the very clear video instructions provided with my order and my fridge was as good as new within 15 minutes.

Freezer seal was cracked and not sealing tight.
I pulled off the old seal. I pushed the new seal into the track around the freezer door.
Very easy. No tools needed.

2 shelves were broken and missingg
I (female) fixed it by just inserting the brackets. Easy as pie. I was so happy that they fit.

The slide rail(Drawer Support Rail) I found was made very cheaply. None the less I had to replace it. I did watch the Repair tutorial on your site that made the repair a snap. Ezpeeze!
Removed the shelf and one screw on the back of the rail. Replaced rail and screw. Re-inserted the drawer and it was done.

Draw support rail broke.
Removed top shelf. Removed rail screw and old rail. Install new rail and use rail screw to secure.

support rail broke
removed top shelf from refrigerator, and placed it upside down on counter. removed 1 screw from old track and track was out. put new track in place, put in screw and replaced shelf
