Freezer froze up/ Fridge ran warm
Thawed out freezer, I recommend laying a couple old towels in freezer to soak up melted ice. Replaced old thermostat with new part. Removed 2 screws, removed back plate, unplugged 2 connectors and cut 2 wires. Crimped in new thermostat and repositioned to original part location. Reconnected plugs as I reinstalled back plate. Installed 2 screws and connected power. Works like new! Trouble shooting and part installation video is very helpful, great site!

RIGHT SIDE SNAPPED OFF
REPLACED BACK SCREW AND SCREWED THE NEW ONE INTO PLACE,REPLACED BOTH SIDES,RIGHT AND LEFT...SUPER EASY.

Refrigerator was to warm, about 50 degrees. Freezer working fine.
Came across your site and upon checking site out, I ordered the above parts. Repair was easy, thanks to your tutorial. Did not fix problem, so I posed a question to your site and it was recommended I replace the evap fan. I ordered that part. Thank goodness for next day shipping.
That repair was easy as well, thanks to feedback from one of your other customers who had a similar issue. That repair did fix the problem.

first fresh food too hot, then freezer too hot
Based on the website I decided it was most probably the defrost timer, and that was correct. I ordered it, watched the video, and two days later the part was at my door. Took the nut driver, removed 4 screws, then removed the old defrost timer, installed the new one, re-installed the whole plastic assembly with the four screws, and done!!! Couldn't have been easier.

Broken meat pan on Kenmore refrig
Just slid it in. Fit perfectly. Called the Help Line just to double check that the pan would fit and they assured me it would. Pan cost $20 less than through the Sears site because of lower price, lower shipping and no taxes. Oh, and the pan came in just two days. Very happy.

The refrigerator wasn't getting cold the freezer was getting to cold
Followed the installation instruction for both parts now both the freezer and refrigerator are getting cold

the freezer would stick in defrost and not come out
Removed the vent cover at the bottom. Removed the screws. disconected the harnes and put the new timer in. This was a very easy fix. Thank You!

Frost in freezer, fridge not cold
From most posts I've read, the defrost timer was the culprit so I blindly ordered one. Easy install but did not fix the problem so I broke out the ohm meter. The only other 2 items it could be all tested good with my meter so I bypassed the defrost thermostat (per forum help...actually quite easy)and it defrosted fine, which told me I needed a new defrost thermostat. Installed fairly easy and problem gone.

Crisper Pan Cover was cracked in two places
Super easy. I watch the short video and did the same. (Removal) I started by emptying the two drawers of produce. Then pulled the draws out and set them aside. Then simply lifted the cover and pulled it straight out. (New Installation) Insert the new cover to the back of the frig and dropped it in place and replace the two draws into the hanging tracks and push them in. Done

My refrigerator had a broken rail for the meat drawer and also the bottom door rack had cracked.
The parts for repair were delivered quickly and they were easy to install. The Door Rack just snaps into place and the Drawer Support Rail only required tightening one screw after install. All the parts arrived in perfect condition and now my refrigerator is back to being as good as new.

support rail broke
removed top shelf from refrigerator, and placed it upside down on counter. removed 1 screw from old track and track was out. put new track in place, put in screw and replaced shelf
