Was broken
The repair was not the issue. When I received it there was no protection packing, no invoice and if you call the number, no one is there to help. The rack was plastic with no protection in box and it was damaged. Tried to resolve this matter with no response. Will never go through part select again.

Lost the temperature control know
The knob came in the plastic package. It was the correct part. I opened the package and placed the knob on the prongs. Now it works fine.

One blade broke from condenser fan
The part i recieved, from parts select was a larger in circumfrence (<1/4) than the original. However i was not aware of this until after i treid to repair it.
I removed the broken fan from the condenser. This was very sipmle.
When i pluged the refridgerator back in to the outlet the fan tried to start up but soon began to make aloud noise, due to there not being enough clerance.

Both frig Racks I ordered cracked in the middle from use over 15 yrs
took out all items off the shelves from frig - followed the instructions on Steve's video
installed 2 new racks replaced all items on the shelves everything worked fine

Crisper Glass Shelf Insert (PartSelect Number PS429963)
The original Crisper Glass Shelf Insert was broken when cleaning it. just pull old gasket from recess and push new one into recess.

The Dairy door was cracked by an item in the refrigerator and broke into two pieces
This was not technical at all. The old door fell out and the replacement door snapped right into position. It was simple.

Door switch was no longer making my light go on when door opened
I used the youtube you provided. It was pretty straight forward, but I had to make a trip to the hardware store for a bit (hex wrench) to remove the hex bolt head style screws. I was only expecting to need phillips or flathead. I managed to remove one with a set of pliers, and the brought that example to the store for size reference when buying the bit to fit my black and decker drill. The rest was easy.

Shelf rack broke.
Ordered part easily with modal number ( they tell you where to find it). Received quickly and snapped paper in. They also had a video instruction. Will definitely use again!
