Refrigerator Door Shelf Bin broke
I simply removed the old broken shelf and clipped in the new one. Not a major project however the company went above and beyond due to a problem with the delivery of the part. I live in an 1,800 unit condo. Packages are delivered to a kiosk for pick up. FedEx showed the package was delivered but I did not receive it. When I called PartSelect to advise of the problem, they immediately refunded me for the part I didn't receive and sent another one which I received in a few days. I found the company to be very reliable and customer friendly. I will use them again should the occasion arise.

Frame cracked and became brittle
Put old glass in new frame drop one side under small lip of frame..done..perfect!

Broken shelf retainer
It was simply a matter of slipping the new retainer into place -- a ten second job. I was VERY pleased with the service I received through PartSelect.com -- the part was available and was shipped immediately. I had it in two days. Thanks.

My son open the refrigerator door and the ketchup was on the top of the shelf and it broke it off

broken door bin
very simple--pull out damaged bin then snap new bin in. takes all of approximately 10-15 seconds.

The plastic frame around the shelf broke!
Only thing we needed to do was to slide in the glass shelf into the grooves inside the refrigerator!!

Just bought a condo and fridge door bin was missing.
