The glass shelf broke above the 2 drawers on the bottom
Just lay the new glass shelf into the groves. The shelf was too big and would not fit properly down into the groves.

Draw support rail broke.
Removed top shelf. Removed rail screw and old rail. Install new rail and use rail screw to secure.

Broken rail replacement
Removed shelf from frig. Removed screw of broken rail. Replaced with new rail with screw. Very easy.

support rail broke
removed top shelf from refrigerator, and placed it upside down on counter. removed 1 screw from old track and track was out. put new track in place, put in screw and replaced shelf

The plastic frame for the crisper drawer broke in half.

Broken door shelf, front rollers cracked
I installed door shelf myself. Very easy. My son and grand did the roller repair. This was fairly easy but the reason I had them do it was to tilt the refrigerator over to reach. Needed man power!!
