New gasket
First I’ve done this many times no issues. This gasket which finally fit was the worst item and first from partselect. I’ve never had such a hard time getting the gasket to stay in the groove. Softened it and everything. Had to carefully use a plastic shim inch by inch. Bad bad bad!!

The old gasket had stretched and wouldn't stay in the door.
It helps to have a partner hold the door open and steady. Then start at a top corner after you have removed the old gasket and work it into the groove.
The for quality control switch places and check that it worked. The 2nd person gave a few pushes to make sure it was it tight.
