Clogged Filter
Once the filter arrived, I pushed it in that releases a latch and removed the clogged filter. I then pushed in the new filter and when it clicked, I ran a few cups of water through it to clear any debris left from manufacturing and the job was finished. Less than 15 minutes.

Water filter leaked at the end cap. First time I experienced this.
Pulled out old filter and pushed new filter into position. Ran water to get all air in the system out. All done. Concerned about the seam letting go at the end cap.

The crisper glass had broken
The diagram for the shelves is wrong I did not receive the right part. I ordered the crisper glass insert and received the vegetable drawer glass.

read out on refridgerator said to order
it is a very simple process. pull out the water filter. put in the new one after removing the plastic tops. slide the filter in place pushing to set it in place. run water through water spout on door of fridge for about 3 minutes or until all the air bubbles are out. and there you are ready for a drink of water.

I was washing it and it shattered in my hands.{glass shelf}

Shattered glass insert shelf
All I had to do was look up the replacement part. I placed the order around 3 pm on Friday and I was surprised when the part was at my door the next morning (Saturday) before 11 am. I will definitly use Parts Select again when I need to replace any appliance part.

put glass in frame. What is significant is that the person I ordered the part from was incredibly efficient and polite, and even spoke English. But the astounding thing is, the part arrived the second day after I ordered it.
