Refrigerator Door Shelf Bin broke
I simply removed the old broken shelf and clipped in the new one. Not a major project however the company went above and beyond due to a problem with the delivery of the part. I live in an 1,800 unit condo. Packages are delivered to a kiosk for pick up. FedEx showed the package was delivered but I did not receive it. When I called PartSelect to advise of the problem, they immediately refunded me for the part I didn't receive and sent another one which I received in a few days. I found the company to be very reliable and customer friendly. I will use them again should the occasion arise.

Frame cracked and became brittle
Put old glass in new frame drop one side under small lip of frame..done..perfect!

Broken meat pan on Kenmore refrig
Just slid it in. Fit perfectly. Called the Help Line just to double check that the pan would fit and they assured me it would. Pan cost $20 less than through the Sears site because of lower price, lower shipping and no taxes. Oh, and the pan came in just two days. Very happy.

Broken shelf retainer
It was simply a matter of slipping the new retainer into place -- a ten second job. I was VERY pleased with the service I received through PartSelect.com -- the part was available and was shipped immediately. I had it in two days. Thanks.

My door shelf broke where the tabs connect to the door

The Dairy door was cracked by an item in the refrigerator and broke into two pieces
This was not technical at all. The old door fell out and the replacement door snapped right into position. It was simple.

Just bought a condo and fridge door bin was missing.
