The plastic frame around the shelf broke!
Only thing we needed to do was to slide in the glass shelf into the grooves inside the refrigerator!!

My son open the refrigerator door and the ketchup was on the top of the shelf and it broke it off

The glass shelf broke above the 2 drawers on the bottom
Just lay the new glass shelf into the groves. The shelf was too big and would not fit properly down into the groves.

Opened the door, aligned new shelf with the prods attached to door frame and then put it in.

Hook on end of snap-on freezer bin broke.
The existing bin fell off when the hook broke as the freezer door was opened. Finding and ordering the replacement part was about as simple as it can be. Delivery time was less than a week. Replacing the bin was just a matter of snapping it in place, which took all of 5 seconds.

The Dairy door was cracked by an item in the refrigerator and broke into two pieces
This was not technical at all. The old door fell out and the replacement door snapped right into position. It was simple.
