Bottom shelf on door cracked and broke
I ordered the Door Shelf Bin from PartSelect.com on Friday and received it on Saturday!! I was shocked, but thrilled. Leaky Seal
Just snaps in. Pull the old one out push the new one in. It has a groove it fits into no fasteners to undo, Just pull the old one out with steady pressure.

refrigerator door would not fully close
Took old gasket off and put new gasket into place. Part came in the mail in 2 days. Hardest part was finding the model number of the refrigerator.

Open door remove old gasket, remove new one out of packaging install new gasket

The Gasket was not holding tight and I replaced with a new one.

Freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling
The site offers a video for this part which worked perfectly. In addition to replacing the part, since the cardboard panel was off, we also cleaned all the dust off of the coils which someone recommended to do annually.

Cracked drawer
I slid out the old drawer and slid in the new drawer. Easy as that! I would recommend this website to anyone.

Not running
After waiting over 2wks for my part to arrive, I purchased the part locally and made the repair the same day as I am still waiting for the part to arrive from you guys. Your customer service really needs improving. I paid for 2 day shipping, what a joke. I will be returning the part as soon as I receive it thanks.

Oven light bulb went dark; it needed replacing

Switch would not allow door to close.
Removed screws holding unit and removed unit. Removed switch from connectors in unit. Replaced unit without switch. On day switch arrived (delivery was prompt) my wife replaced switch by attaching the two connectors and slipping into unit without having to remove entire unit. How easy was that!!!

Big oops when I broke the glass shelf while washing in hot water...too hot
I ordered the part, it arrived within 48 hours. I opened the fridge and put the shelf in perfectly!

The refrigerator crisper pan cover cracked in the front center.
I removed the glass from the cover, removed the 2 crispier pans and removed and discarded the broken cover. I installed the new cover by making sure the back was flush against the back wall of the refrigerator. After that I replaced the glass and drawers and it was as good as new.

broken glass insert over refrigerator drawers
I called in because the model # of the refrigerator did not show up on the website. The cust. srvc. rep looked it up and found the part. It was reasonably priced, I received it in a matter of days and it fit perfectly. Thank you! We were preparing to put the condo on the market and broke the shelf while cleaning. Refrigerator Light bulb went out
I replaced the bulb using my hands to twist the bulb in the socket located at the top of the refrigerator.
