Bottom shelf on door cracked and broke
I ordered the Door Shelf Bin from PartSelect.com on Friday and received it on Saturday!! I was shocked, but thrilled. Open door remove old gasket, remove new one out of packaging install new gasket

refrigerator door would not fully close
Took old gasket off and put new gasket into place. Part came in the mail in 2 days. Hardest part was finding the model number of the refrigerator.

The Gasket was not holding tight and I replaced with a new one.

Leaky Seal
Just snaps in. Pull the old one out push the new one in. It has a groove it fits into no fasteners to undo, Just pull the old one out with steady pressure.

Freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling
The site offers a video for this part which worked perfectly. In addition to replacing the part, since the cardboard panel was off, we also cleaned all the dust off of the coils which someone recommended to do annually.

Cracked drawer
I slid out the old drawer and slid in the new drawer. Easy as that! I would recommend this website to anyone.

Switch would not allow door to close.
Removed screws holding unit and removed unit. Removed switch from connectors in unit. Replaced unit without switch. On day switch arrived (delivery was prompt) my wife replaced switch by attaching the two connectors and slipping into unit without having to remove entire unit. How easy was that!!!

broken glass insert over refrigerator drawers
I called in because the model # of the refrigerator did not show up on the website. The cust. srvc. rep looked it up and found the part. It was reasonably priced, I received it in a matter of days and it fit perfectly. Thank you! We were preparing to put the condo on the market and broke the shelf while cleaning. Big oops when I broke the glass shelf while washing in hot water...too hot

freezer frosting over,fridge warm
removed ice maker,,and screws holding back of freezer cover,unplugged wires and removed the cover and fan.wow,only wire to element had come unplugged!went ahead and replaced thermostat,and defrost timer,both were easy to do

unit quit cooling
First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the wiring harness plug, replaced the old timer with the new one, re-connected the wiring harness and reinstalled the mount in position. Hardest thing about it was lying on the floor.
