Freezer always has ice accumulating
Thermostat assembly, remove light bulb, remove 1 screw, drop thermostat casing, two screws to remove timer from inside and install in reverse. Old Timer had electric motor and lasted 30 years. New one looks to be electronic with plastic motor gears.

Refrigerator section warm
My husband watched the video on your website and found it very easy to do the repair. The repair company that diagnosed the problem wanted $210 to do it. Frige and freezer not cooling
I should have ordered start kit instead of start capacitor. The start cap astir did not fix problem so I ordered kit. Compasator comes as part of kit. Followed enclosed instructions. Cut existing wires and reconnected new wiring. Simple as that. It's a plug in item. Now worried it may be working to good. Freezer down to 10 deg. Watching to see if compressor is running to long. Seems ok lol. Wife hates me now. She wanted new frige.

Evap coil was solid ice, fridge was 64 degrees.
Exactly as the video showed, except I had to take the evap coil cover off and use a hair dryer to thaw it out. It was still frosting up too much, so I ordered the thermostat as well. Both were really easy, once i saw the location of the defrost timer and the thermostat. Thanks for the great site, prices that put the big store to shame, and the good video too!

Rental house, fridge door handle broke off and renters threw it away.
Ordered the handle from Part Select, waited a couple days and it came in the mail. Husband took it to the rental and replaced the handle. Very easy process from beginning to end. Have put Part Select in our favorites to keep. Thank you so much for this service and the ease of the process.

Broken door handles on both frig and freezer in rental house.
simply backed out 2 screws on each of the handles, then by observing the key ways in the new handles, i realized all i had to do was push down on the old handles to release them. then it was a snap to slip the new handles in and secure them with the original screws. SO EASY!

Tenant Called - Refrigerator Shelf Cracked
First the tenant told me it was the Door Shelf Bin - 2 Liter. However, when I was in town, and went to install the part, I realized that the tenant gave me the wrong information. I called Part Select, and the customer service representative was fantastic. The wrong item was returned and my account credited. The tenant received the correct part, and easily installed it. I wish all things in life were this easy!

both door handles broke at different times
It was a-b but they did not send any screws. So make sure you save your screws.... I was very very amazed how fast the shipping was. very very fast.

door handle broken
Unscrew the attached broken piece from the refrigerator (two screws). line up the new door handle with the existing screw holes and attach. Simple.
