plastic drum blade broke from shaft
followed video instructions... only thing done differently was to tape crusher blades together before removing from shaft and added a drop of sewing machine oil to all screw sockets before replacing to reduce rusting and create greater ease of removal if further repairs needed

scratches on fridge handles
Just as simple as can be, lift up on handle and it pops off. Line new handle on and slide in top to bottom, could not be easier...

Refrigerator freezer would freeze but cold box not very cold
I went on line to find the symptoms for what I was experiencing and went to web and entered the "KSRA" alphas and this list came up. I followed the explanation on video and it was identical. Good stuff.

The ice bin auger drum was badly broken and needed to be replaced
The video provided excellent instructions on how to to this job. The hard part was removing the keeper ring so that the auger assembly could be separted from its housing.
