Crisper Centr Rail which holds two Crisper drawers needed to be replaced as drawers were slliding on bottom of refridgerator
Pull out the drawers and removed the old rail, place new rail in and return drawers. Like New and took about 3 minutes.

center rail was broken
removed the glass covering the rail, removed the rail and replaced with new rail

Center Crisper Rail Broke
Took out both crispers. Removed glass shelf on top of crisper support. Removed small broken piece of rail still held in place. Inserted new crisper rail and put crispers back in place.

Frost in bottom freezer, freezer 8%, ice maker works

Broke plastic tab on auto light switch
Used screw driver to pop out old switch. Used pliers to hold wire connection from fall back into slot on fridge. Inserted new swith into plug and pressed new switch back in place.

Removed the glass shelf, position the rail in its slots and replaced the glass shelves.

I wanted two more bins in the door.
The installation was just moving the higher shelf, finding the best location and clicking it in. Now for the important part - your order takers are the best I have ever dealt with. Not only are they friendly and polite, they are smart,willing to think outside the box and not give up until they are able to solve the problem. My model number wasn't on the web page but they found another data set and found my part. Give them a raise!

crisper rail cracked at rear top.would stay in place
Removed both crispers and shelf . Inserted new rail as explained in video. Replaced everything.

Light Switch Was Faulty--Failed A Few Months After Purchase Of The Refrigerator
I had several times tried to get the old switch out but with no success. Ordered the "repair kit" and followed directions for removing old switch (there is a plastic spring clip on one side). Easy to unplug the old switch, plug the leads into the new one, snap the new one into place. Took about 5 minutes total--piece of cake. I wish I'd thought to try this years ago when the old switch began to fail.

Light in Freezer Compartment Out
Changed bulb, not the problem, had to remove switch to identify correct choice to order (3 pronged verus 2) after that it was easy beyond having to stand on my head to make the exchange. (N B before removing old switch it actually came back to life)

Screws Holding Slide broke out of plastic
This probably occurred due to overloading of the drawer, or trying to close an overstuffed drawer that put vertical torque on the front screw as the drawer was pushed shut by a 10 yr old boy!------------------------------------------(I hate it when these forms won't let you start a new line!) Ordered the part, it came in 3 days later, took longer to unload food from shelf above than to install slide. Used a hand clamp and a second small Phillips bit to align second hole while I installed screw in first hole. Then put in the second screw. total install time (not including washing all shelves since we had one out anyway... thanks honey!) less than 2 minutes.

Replace center rail of crisper drawers
Lift the glass shelf up, slip center rail in place, lower shelf. Time 1 minute.It takes more time to remove everything on the shelf than to replace the part.
