Burner went out
Two screws to remove glass top. 2 connectors to remove. Removed glass top and put it upside down. Remove 4 wires and 2 Phillips screws. Reverse steps.

The parts I used worked great, my issue is the parts I need to return.
I have tried to call, but NO-ONE answers the phone. I have sent emails, but all I get is an automated response telling me to go to the web site. Partselect is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I need to return about $100 in parts and I cannot get an automated return form or someone on the phone. I will NEVER do business with them or recommend them to anyone. In a nutshell they SUCK as a company.

Right front surface element temperature could not be controlled
Your technician suggested that the control knob unit was defective. I ordered the part and after watching your video, I was able to make the repair

Front glass broke
Had to unscrew the bottom screws after I took the door off and realized I also had to do it for the handle. That threw me off for a few.minutes but once I realized that then I got the old one off put the new one on and put it back on my beautiful stove. My husband was quite impressed ??

Terminal block arc'ed because a wire had become loose.
Ordered and received the terminal block. Installed it along with a new 220V power cord and the appropriate insulator . Ensured the terminals were tight with a nut driver. Reinstalled cover. Then, using the control panel, I did a function check on all the heating elements, clock, oven light, to satisfy all operational requirements. All checked good! And, I was relieved that the control panel had not been shorted out as the terminal block was due to a loose connection. Easy fix.

Oven temperature was 50 degrees off
Unplugged stove.
Pulled stove out.
Unscrewed screws and removed cover.
Removed & replaced sensor.
Reinstalled cover & screws.
Plugged in stove and pushed back in.
Only problem was when I pulled stove out, lid opened and disconnected the gas line to a burner.

door of oven came apart when plastic screw holders broke
put back together with parts ordered. Parts arrived in 2 days!!!! and saved my large dinner party the following day from being ruined. Thank you so much for your parts inventory and for Jenn Air supplying only the part needed and not the entire door. It was a life saver!

Needed to replace over door gasket
Very Simple, I recommend pulling the old gasket in sections, and popping the new gasket metal holders in the holes as you go. You can't mess it up. For the ends, I tucked them in using a pair of needle nose pliers, but any small slender tool, such as a thin screwdriver, will work.

burned oven bulb
The hardest part was taking out original light bulb because screws on shield where hard to unscrew after all this years . The old bulb vent out leaving neck in socket. It took narrow electrical pliers to get neck out .The generic appliance bulb did not fit and had aluminum neck ,not recommended for brass sockets in ovens.Putting new light bulb in was not the problem.

oven light not working
