Broil element disintegrated
I read all the repairs. Turned off power to oven. Was ready to clamp clips so the don't fall behind oven and Crap!! One clip popped off so easy, it went behind insulation. Had to pull oven out. Put wire through, connected everything. Turned power on and oven and broiler work great.

Indicator light on whirlpool electrical cook top shorted out
Removed old indicator light, after turning off electricity, installed terminals on new indicator light as I was doing this I noticed that female spade terminals had extended fastening ends on them, making an extremely unsafe condition. I replaced those terminals with insulated female spade terminals thus eliminating the possibility of a short in the future.

The bake element was not heating.
Visited PartSelect.com and ordered the element. Talked to a really sweet lady who assisted me at the company by ordering the part. Received the part and my husband cut off the electricity to the stove, took off the old element, got the sockets and after pushing on the new element, and he screwed the screws back on, cut on the electricity and we cut the stove on and it was ready to go. VERY, VERY SIMPLE TO REPAIR.
