Bake element quit working
First cut electrical circuit to oven for safety, then removed screws, two Phillips head, removed two wires from element, and put some clips on those wires so they wouldn't fall behind the oven wall. Then I got the new element, put on the two wires removed from the old element, attached element to rear wall of oven with the two screws removed previously, closed circuit breaker to oven, tested oven and it worked fine! Just like new. Standard shipment was plenty fast enough.

One of the knobs on our stove broke apart from years of use.
Dean was very helpful. He looked through the numerous model numbers and found just the correct knob even though the model number was no longer in use. I'll be calling back with another repair problem soon. Thank you very much.

Lower burner element inop
Turned off circuit breaker. Removed two mounting screws and pulled element toward front of oven to reveal one wire on each side clipped to element. Removed clips from old, then reconnected to new element. Pushed back in place and reinstalled two screws. Turned circuit breaker back on and ops checked. Very straight forward repair.

Heating unit burnt out
First shut off breaker to oven before starting the repairs. Removed old unit by removing two phillips head screws at each side above element entrance. Gently pull element out to expose wire attachments. Remove wires from each side careful not to lose wires inside back of oven. Replace with new element,(which was ordered online, and received within three days)in reverse order in which it was removed. Turn breaker to oven back on. Oven like new and ready to bake.

burned out lower element
I unscrewed the element from the oven where the ends enter the back of the oven. I pulled out the element ends and unhooked the wire connectors being careful not to let them pull back into the oven wall. I connected the wire connectors to the new element, making sure that the front support was pointed down, and replaced the screws.

I snapped a bolt on the main power terminal block when connecting the pigtail.
Removed the small metal panel covering the main power terminal in back of the electric range. Removed the nuts holding the red, white and black electrical wires from the range using the appropriate socket (there will be two nuts on each bolt end). Removed the two screws holding the main power terminal block with appropriate screw driver. Connect the new main power terminal block to the range using the two screws. Reconnect the red, black and white electrical wires coming from the range using one nut for each wire. IMPORTANT: do no over tighten the nuts because the bolts could snap. Reconnect the pigtail and secure the small metal panel covering the main power panel.

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

burned oven bulb
The hardest part was taking out original light bulb because screws on shield where hard to unscrew after all this years . The old bulb vent out leaving neck in socket. It took narrow electrical pliers to get neck out .The generic appliance bulb did not fit and had aluminum neck ,not recommended for brass sockets in ovens.Putting new light bulb in was not the problem.
