top electric element (broiler) burned up/melted/dropped in several parts onto oven floor
I checked out Maytag.com - found the parts page on my computer - found the top oven element - ordered it from Part Select - it arrived just a few days later......
Before it arrived, I removed the damaged electric element from top of oven - easy.
Oven was ready for me to install new element - the video on your website was perfect - it helped me remove the old & install the new element from Part Select. It took me about an hour.
Thank you for your fast service, good instructions & the video!
I'm an 84 year old female. Did this by myself! Thank you!

Just moved into our new home, previous owner had apparently thrown out the three racks for the oven. I cook and bake and needed to have a full working oven.
Super easy!! Your website was very clear about the fact that because my stove has two ovens, it would need two different types of racks. I almost three of the same type at another website until I realized it on yours. Bought two racks, one for the upper oven and only another for the lower one which is bigger and could take two racks, but out of an abundance of caution went for only one for the lower. I have now made pizzas in my (almost) new oven (it feels new because it’s finally usable!!) and made lasagna today for hubby’s birthday. Very happy with my purchase. The only thing was what seemed as an excessive packaging for two flat items. They were put into a flat box and then into a huge, voluminous one with bubble wrap and air filled bags. A little excessive for two metal items, it seemed to me, but otherwise, you have a happy customer. Thank you.

F5 fault code kept appearing
I installed the new oven sensor but the problem continued. So I ordered a new relay board and installed it. Still no luck. So I pulled the new board back out and started trouble shooting it using my electronic background. I discovered the new board was using a pin for L2 that had no exit on the backplane, so I removed it and installed it where I believed it should go. Reinstalled the power relay board and presto. My oven is working lie a champ. Louis

The heating element was damaged by a fire extinguisher.
First I unplugged the range from the wall outlet power source...VERY IMPORTANT!!! Then I unscrewed the 2 mounts in the back of the range that hold the heating element in place. I removed the old and installed the new one and reattached the 2 new mounts with the original screws and plugged the range back into the wall outlet. Other than the small and dark work space inside the small oven, it was super easy to do and probably saved us $175!

No heat from bottom element
First I disconnected the power! unscrewed the two screws holding element in place disconnected the wire clips from ends of element (be sure to hold them so they don't "retract" into the body of the oven) Connect the wire clips onto the new element and replace into original location and replace the screws. Turn power back on and start cooking again!

Large burner was surging indicating infinite switch failed
Changing out the switch was easy. Paid attention to wire connections to avoid mixup. Removal and installation of the switch was easy. It's the back panels that gave me the most challenge. Used screwdrivers and needle nose pliers to do repair. Having a second set of hands for the two part back panel reinstall was most helpful, but can be accomplished by 1 person.
Burner works great. This is a easy DIY fix.
