The problem was that the 2 big burners were not working.
I ordered the 2 burners that were not working. When I got the burners, I discovered that one of the burners was still working and the wiring under that on had burned out. So I ordered the little box kit and repaired it. I only needed to strip wires and twist together and replace the small box. Now all are working and I am cooking with all four burners again. All for about $50.

Surface Burner shorted out
After finding the correct Y-frame, inches and watts in a surface burner, it was easy to just slide in the slots. Tested, and it was perfect. Now it makes all of the other burners look bad. Thanks. Your site was the only one, that I was sure I had the correct part.

burner element was not working right
Since it was a plug-in burner, only needed to pull it out and put the other one in.
Another thing I would like to say is that I was very well pleased with the service from partselect.com. I was unable to find the burners in my area.

Hole in Cooktop Burner
Simply removed new burner from box and plugged it in! Very pleased with 3 day speedy delivery. Confident my 32 year old cooktop will continue to give many more years of service with any parts needed from PartSelect.

needed to replace one burner
the part arrived in two days. Just had to remove the old one and pop in the new one and it was that easy. I was amazed at how soon the part was delivered and happy to have a working burner again.

Broken Door Glass
Removed Door, Took Door apart, Replaced glass, re-installed door. Pretty basic

Block broke
Unplug power cord, remove wires from block. take 2 screws out. replace with new block about 15 mins. Done

inner glass broke (water on hot glass, not good)
I did not take the door off the oven, i dissassbled it in place. all the visible screws on the door have to be removed. The "vent" air diflector or what ever it is , between the upper and lower doors has to come off also to access the screws that hold the front of the door on. The only confussion i had was the bracket that holds the third layer of glass. I forgot that it is held on with the same bracket/screws that hold the secound layer on.

Cracked my inner glass on my stove
Repair was very easy, Alittle time consuming. Unscrewed the outer skin of the door and removed the pieces.

Removed the old broken burner and slid the burner prongs into place. Very EASY to replace!

burner made popping sound and began shooting sparks from one of the rings
extremely easy to replace the burner. I just pulled out the old burner and replaced with new one. The whole process took less than ten minutes.

Missing Retainer and screw
Simple - Removed oven door attached retainer with screw.Re attached door.
Whirlpool wanted three time the cost of the same parts The only shipping option was Fedex Overnight which was very costly.
