Erratic oven temperature, would not hold a setting or would get to that setting and then loose it shortly afterward.
Removed two screws on sensor in the oven. Pulled out stove and after unplugging same removed the back panel. Sensor has an electric connection on the rear of the oven with a connection that is easily separated. Threaded new sensor electrical connection through inside of oven and connected on the back of stove. Pushed insulation back around the wire were in goes through to the oven. Replaced back on stove and screwed in two screws which hold sensor inside the oven. Replaced back cover on stove, plugged it in and pushed it back in place. Did the trick for me..

Burner receptacle had malfunctioned and been removed
10 Minutes for a stove my landlord thought was not fixable (repairman had already cut the wires to the element and capped them)! The delivery person handed me the package, I got out the single tool needed, installed the part, put away the tool, cleaned my hands, and put a pot of water on the stove to boil for pasta. 10 minutes!

Bake element burned out
I went to your website and got the simple(even for me) Instructions on how to replace the element...you even had the part which I couldn't find anywhere else. Believe me I looked: searched the internet and looked locally...no luck. I then read the blogs of your customers and they all said the same thing...15 minutes or less to fix and a no brainer! Best of all I ordered the part late on Thursday and recieved it the afternoon on Friday in time for supper.

Porcelan Electric Burner Plug broke
The video on your website showed me how to take out 1 screw, cut the existing wires and strip the ends. The kit came with 2 porcelan wire nuts to re-connect the wires and it was done. Less than 10 minutes. It saved me $100.00 to get it repaired.I bought 2 in case I need another one in the future. They only cost $11.00 each. Awesome website.
