Sparks emitted at burner connection and burner does not work.
1. Turn off circuit breaker, pull out element and remove reflector pan.
2. Unfasten terminal block mounting screw and remove terminal block from casing.
3. Cut wires as close to defective terminal block as possible (not as per instructions) since you will need the maximum possible length of wire.
4. Slip on heat shrink sleeves, strip stove wires and connect to new terminal block per instructions.
5. Heat shrink sleeves per instructions.

Stove-top Burner intermittently shut off and on-wouldn't heat properly
removed old Plug-in block by removing 1 screw and cutting 2 wires. (Screw was so tight and rusty that I had to use vise grips to remove it). Installed new Plug-in block with wire nuts and heat shrink wraps. YOU just have to make sure the wires are seated in the block properly. This job was much easier than I anticipated. The burner works great now!

Agitator was broken and would not wash clothes properly
The new agitator came within 5 calendar days of ordering, it was sent from near my house.
I looked at the directions sent, and saw that it was very easy.
First I took off the fabric softener dispenser. Then I discovered I needed a socket wrench to take off the bolt holding the agitator on to the driveshaft. So I went and bought a wrench, extension, and socket.
Then I came back and removed the bolt, installed the new agitator, and washed a load of clothes, within 45 minutes.
It worked fine.
It was going to cost me over $150 to have Sears fix it and it would not have been until the following Thursday Sears Applicance Repair could come.
So I spent about $80 for the new agitator from Parts Select , $30 for the socket wrench, which I can reuse. So I saved $40 and a lot of aggravation.
And I got to wash clothes quicker. With 4 school kids we wash a lot of clothes which was what broke the agitator in the first place.
I would recommend Parts Select any time.

Front Burner Would Not Heat
I cut the power to the circuit. Removed the burner and then unscrewed the old aluminum plate attached to the range top cover. Opened the topcover to access the wires. I cut the two wires being sure that I left enough length. I then slipped the two new wires with the brass contacts into the new black plastic holder until it locked. Reattached the new metal plate to the range cover, fed the wires through and snapped the new plastic holder into the aluminum plate. Secured wire ends with the ceramic wire nuts. Total time about 30 minutes.

light wont come on
Well, when you put the back cover on and screw it down make sure you have nothing touching the white wire leading to the oven light. I did and it blew the push switch when I threw the 220 breaker. Actually, the light was on when I came in the room, but when I pushed the switch on the front panel it sparked in the rear and popped the breaker. Then I saw the short and when I tested the switch it would not click. The install was fine.

original agitator seemed to batter items during wash because of "paddle" shaped agitator design
removed nut in center (take top piece off and look down), lifted old agitator assembly off, followed directions to assemble new agitator, replaced with new "swirl" designed agitator assembly, replaced & tightened nut with nut driver, and although my old model washer was not listed as "compatible," everything fit and it seems to be working just fine so far. Be sure to cut power off to appliance before starting - just in case.

lint filter broke
pulled out the old one and put in the new one. I wish all repairs were this easy. I also had to reattach the vent hose, which is annoying because I'm the only one who fits behing the dryer without disconnecting the gas. I never touch the gas related parts.

I appreciate how easy your website made it, to get the parts, I would recomend this site and will be back myself.
