The element just broke in pcs.
Turn off power, take out 2 screws to release element, unplug wires, pull out old element, put new element in hook up wires, put in 2 screws, and walla all done. Turn power back on. One thing to do that I did not. Clean the tag off before starting element. I got smoke from that.

upon disconnect, the wire leads sprung back inside their outlet holes
Removed screws holding element in place. Removed wire leads from element. Wire leads were under a bit of tension which pulled them back through their holes in rear oven wall. This required taking back of oven off to reinsert wires through holes. Used a clip to hold wires and prevent them from going back through holes. Attached wires to new element and removed clips. Placed element bracket in place and discovered that both screws had stripped threads (due to years of vibration, I'm guessing). Rummaged through garage and found two screws that worked. Replaced back of oven and re-plugged oven into outlet.

Bake element in oven broke (snapped in one place)
TURNED OFF POWER to oven! Removed the oven racks to make work room. I unscrewed the two phillips head screws holding the element in place. Pulled the element out to expose the wiring clipped to the element. Pulled the wiring clips off the old element, clipped them onto the new element. Pushed the whole thing back into place in the back wall of the oven. Turned on power and checked to make sure everything was working. Screwed the two screws back in place. Baked a sweet potato and took a picture!

Broiler Unit Not working!
I oedered a new unit matched with the Model Number! Installed .It did not work. They said Part amybe defectice. They quickly sent out another. That was installed and did not work.I contacted them again and they sugessted the Modular unit that regulated the Heat Temp. They were discontinued. They suggested I contact Corecentic Solution.com which I did.I am now in the process of shipping out my Modular Element to have it rebuilt. My stove is over 20 Yrs old .It inly costs me $110.00 to fix ourselves. Thank YouParts Select.com. You saved me over $1700.00 It would have cost to buy a new stove. They also gave me a full refund on the two units they shipped out. They are a wonderful helpful Company and will take care of your parts needs. Thanks Again Joyce

bake element burned itself out.
Easy - I asked my husband to do it. He agreed that it was very easy. He unscrewed the old and took out the burned out part and inserted the new. Pretty much self explanatory. I wish all repairs were so simple. Thank you for having parts available.
