I needed to replace my burner pans.
The Drip Pans are a cinch to replace with no tools necessary. The best part is that the Web Site is extremely easy to use, and the parts arrived two days after being ordered.

Leveling legs were broken during the summer
The range in my classroom had the leveling legs broke off by the summer staff. I ordered two new leveling legs and the night custodian replaced them in about 45 minutes and them leveled the stove. Parts were just as stated and easy to order.

Bake element would not heat
Unscrewed 2 screws from old element, disconnected wires at ends and reconnected to new element. Very easy repair. Actually took longer to get tools than actual repair.

Bake Element had burned out and actually snapped apart
Followed the instruction video that came with the part. Replacing the element is very easy as you just unscrew the two sides, slide the element out, detach the wire on each side, place the new element in and attach the wires, then slide into place and screw the holders in place. Wish everything was this easy to repair.
