No heat in oven
Checked igniter it glowed but never got hot enough to open gas valve. I switched igniter from broiler to oven and oven burner lit. Switched igniter back to broiler as wires were shorter than the oven igniter. Ordered part from number and picture comparison. It took about 20 minutes to get it installed and all stove parts back together.

Themostat knob print starting to get worn.
All identification of the stove was missing, other than the brand name on the exterior of the top of the range. Tried to match the knob to one found on the Part Select site. Found one that matched the appearance and ordered it. Found out that when it arrived it was 180 degrees off when installed on the thermostat shaft. Not the fault of Parts Select. Called customer service and they were unable to track anything from the part number cast into the back of the knob on the range. Suggested I try the Whirpool customer service line, and arranged to have the knob I purchased returned.

My original back leg broke because the floor is uneven. Had to pull it out several times.
Put the back of stove on blocks of wood to get high enough to screw the new leg in.

The oven bottom was warped and could not be positioned properly in the oven.
Removing the old oven bottom was easy...as it was already outside of its slots. Installing the new one was pretty easy. I placed the oven bottom in the front slots first...then the rear slots...no tools necessary.

Stove Would Not Light To Heat Up.
Removed grates and bottom plate two screws holding it. Turn oven light on and unwire the wire. Unscrewed the two screws and replace. This took my husband about ten min. And for him he says that this was a walk in the park. He says if he can do it anyone can. This was one of the easy honey dews. Good luck with yours. Nola & keith

oven would not heat up fully, smelled of gas.
Took off the top plate at the bottom of the oven, and the flame spreader, removed 2 screws on the igniter, pulled out the broiler tray and unplugged it. Took longer to get off the floor than it did to replace the part.

Burner gas supply connect tubing is cut
First remove the burner head by turning counter clockwise to unlock. Use pier to remove the wires from the igniter and burner. Once both burners heads are removed from 1 side, use screwdriver to remove both screws that is holding the burner orifice fitting assembly. You want to repeat the process for the other side. Once both sides are done, you can lift the range cover to gain access to the broken burner orifice fitting assembly. Use adjustable wrench to unscrew the two nuts that are holding the assembly in. Remove assembly and replace with new. Reverse the disassembly process then you are done.
