Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

burner element shorted out
received the part sooner than expected, all of the holes lined up, for being the first time working on a stove it could not have gone any better

Block broke
Unplug power cord, remove wires from block. take 2 screws out. replace with new block about 15 mins. Done

The large burner had quit on smooth top range.
We removed 4 screws that let us raise the top of the stove. It was then very easy for my husband to remove the old burner and replace the new one. By ordering this part from you and installing it ourselves, we saved $248 from the quote we received from our "Maytag Repairman". Can't beat a deal like this and it was so easy.

Hot Plate wouldn't heat, element burned out
Moved Oven from wall, removed eight screws holding down the Burner Top. Lifted Top and held it up to remove two screws on the side of the element. Disconnected four wires, replaced element, connected the four wires again and assembled in reverse mode of dissasembly. All went pretty simple, moving oven from wall and adjusting/level it back in place was the most time consuming.
Part works fine, delivery was faster than expected during the Holidays. Good Job Thanks!!!

Smooth top burner won't heat one element
Unplug appliance first. Remove rear cover plate (only to disconnect burner plug). Remove plastic upper side covers. Open oven door & remove two screws holding burner top. Lift off entire top, flip upside down and change element.

our glass top range burner did not work
We looked online for instructions, not sure how to "lift" the glass top.... There were 2 screws/hex head at the front of the range under the top that when removed allowed the top to be lifted up ..... the elements are on the underside, and with the removal of a few screws and unplugging the element connections (real easy) the burned out element was easily removed and the new one replaced... Less than 15 minutes for the whole operation...HOW COOL!

Switch burnt out/Lens broken
Removed the three screws holding on the back plate and removed plate.
Popped out the switch and used the pliers to pull off the wires. Connected the wires to the new switch.
Popped out the broken light. Slid the new lens into the front panel. Slid the light housing onto the new lens.
Re-attached the back plate.

Melted and fused together wires due to non-grounding of terminal block
We called a dear handyman church member with years of repair service to his home, personal vehicles and general maintenance of our little church and parsonage. Known for his trade as an engineer with over 50 years in the industry wearing white shirts and working in an office; however, he is not afraid to get his hand dirty. We all worked together (my husband, daughter and me) to troubleshoot and resolve the problem and the terminal block purchased from "parts select" was just the answer to all our problems and worries. The range is fully operational and works like new. Thanks.

worn out hinges
Tried reusing old door hinges after removing door to access temp sensor and broke the oven glass twice.with new hinges , new glass went in easily.

One of the burner wasn't light up.
The repair was very easy. It took me less than ten minutes. There were only five screws including two to hold heat element that I have to unscrew and transferred the old clip the screw onto new heat element.
