part was substituted, won't work, you did not send my light board
From Donna Turner acct # 190766
I ordered Refrigerator/freezer light board PS11702378
You substituted for a single light module
I troubleshooted and decided to order from your company the light board. You changed my order. I researched what you sent and thought, ok, we'll identify the one light that is out and replace only that...
My paid electrician spend well over an hour inside the frig, and confirmed that all 3 lights in fact work fine, and the problem is above the wiring harness, and what you sent is not correct.
The package has been opened. You substituted my ordered part, it did not remedy the problem, I want a full refund, including S&H
Please advise/sent me Return Authorization, whatever your company policy is.
Thank you. Donna Turner

Bake element wasn’t heating properly.
I watched a video on google on how to replace the element and then looked on the internet to order the element. When the part arrived, I pulled the range out and unplugged it. Then I watched the video again and followed the techs instructions to remove the element and replaced it with the new one. It’s a very simple process that I think almost anyone can do . The online videos make the job easier because they show exactly the order of disassembly and assembly, and Part Select helped with finding the right part and shipping it in a timely manner. Thank you!

Oven would not heat
Opened the breaker for the oven. Verified the power was off. Removed the racks from the oven. Using a screw driver removed two screws in the back of the oven holding down the steam bake bottom of the oven, pulled up from the back to get the pan out. Removed the screw holding the front of the element in place. Removed the screw in the shiny metal of the element at the back. Gingerly pulled the element to the front and as the element stopped slightly turned the element to let the prints come out. That part was challenging to get the angle right so not to damage the wires. Using a small Phillips screw driver I pushed in on the connector latch on the terminal and then pulled the terminals off the element one at a time. Follow all the steps in reverse to install the new one.

Electric oven was not heating up
I read the help section and it said that the element was likely to be the problem (84%) and the fuse had a 14% chance to be the problem so I purchased both. After watching the video I tried the element first and that's what it was so I returned the fuse, Thanks for the help and video.
The company said it would cost me $698 to repair. I had a 2 year warranty and that was 2 months out of date.
Again thanks for the help.

dropped a crock pot glass lid onto the glass cooktop cracking the glass
I slid the range out only a couple of inches so I didn't have to detach the downdraft blower connection. Undoing the four #2 square head screws was easy from the under the control panel as well as the three pairs of screws holding the front of the glass cooktop frame. Undoing the two in the rear (one on each side) was a bit of a challenge in that they were in upside down and difficult to see without a mirror. It was easy to drop the screws as they fell never to be seen again. After they were removed the top was easily removed. Reinstalling the back two screws was the most difficult of the entire procedure. I replaced the #2 square head bits with the same size hex head screws. Using a nut driver made the whole process much easier. By the way, the distance between the holes in the rear and the replacement top is 1/8" difference that made lining up the holes a frustrating experience. I ended up using a rattail file to hog out the opening to enlarge the holes. That made the lineup much much more easy.

The Oven Baking element burned out from 5 years of use.
The You Tube video for replacing the Element was very useful. Let me know exactly how to proceed - it was easy.
