oven and broiler not working
I just looked at the tech sheet on the range and tested the gas valve with an ohm meter to see how much resistance I had and compared it to the tech sheet and noticed the gas valve was bad. So I replaced it with a new one from part select which arrived very fast. It was quite easy to replaced it.

stove will not start no spark or gas
part did not fix the problem, may be gas regulater ,well if you are changing this part,not to bad .remove the knobs bottom screws and two side screws front cover flips up and off ,the ignition control is in front of you right side ,remove the one screw that is looking at and everything slides out .i turned off the gas and elec and removed

I called the place that I ordered the range from and set up a repair date. The repairman came out and diagnosed the problem and had to order the part (Valve). I noticed on the repair ticket the cost of $172.00. I checked out this site and found it a whole lot cheaper. I called the repairman and advised that I found the part cheaper and ex

pected them to tell me they would adjust the price of the repair. They told me to order the part and let them know when it came in. I got it two days after I ordered it. I called the repairman who came out and installed it.
