removed the screws that held the element in place. Pulled out the element out about three inches and disconnected the two wires, put the new one in, did the reverse and done. the best part was I orderd it on line after 3:oopm on a thursday and the part was delivered by saturday morning- wow!

With a phillips head screw driver we removed 2 screws pulled out the element about 3 inches and disconnecte the two wires from the insulated connection put the new element in replaced the element in the wall of the oven and replaced the 2 screws. Started the oven and we were good to go.

Part ordered on Monday, delivered on Thursday, put in on Thursday and cooking in no time. Very satisfied customer.

First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place with a 2' Phillips Head. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires, with nose pliers, since they were semi-hard to remove the male from the female terminals.
I placed the order over the computer and it arrived in 2 days.
I was very pleased with PART SELECT.

Grabbed my courage with both hands, then with my other hand I used a screwdriver. Delicately removed 2 screws holding the broken element. Once that delicate operation was done, I took out the old and place the new. Once again grabbed the screwdriver and with agility replaced 2 screws. Then, I turned on the oven and Voila, ready to bake some enchiladas.
Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

My husband undid the screws of the element. I went to Home Depot and they said I had to order in online. I could not find the part of the Home Depot website, so I googled the part and your business was easy to locate and order the part. It arrived in two days and I, the wife, was able to rescrew the element into place and, voila, the oven was functional again.

I removed the two screws that hold the element in place and then I pulled the element out and slid off the contacs and it was disconnected in less than two minutes. When it arrived I installed the new one the same way in less than 2 or 3 minutes and while I waited for thepart to arrive I got a chance to clean my oven and so all is well, I am very pleased with my purchase. Turned off electric to oven by shutting circuit breaker.Opened oven door, took out baking racks,loosened bolts from rear of oven holding element and plate . Disengaged element with plate from wires at rear of oven. Attached new element to clips on wires, rescrewed element plate back to rear wall. replaced racks and turned on circuit breaker. DONE!

It was so easy. I removed the baking racks. Then I unscrewed two Philips head screws that held the rack in place. Then I pulled the two connections apart from the wiring. Plugged the new element into the wiring. It was as simple as sliding it in and out, replaced the screws, and within minutes I was back to baking again.

turned power off Unscrewed 2 screws pulled old element out slightly . disconected wires . connected wires to new element tightened 2 screws turned power back on baked a pie. took longer to type this

The repair was easy. I turned off the power to the oven at he curcuit breaker. Using a phillips screwdriver, I removed the 2 screws that held on the old heating element. One screw came off easily. The other screw required a little WD-40 and alot of force, but I was able to get it off. I then removed the 2 wires from the terminals on the old element. Again, it required a little force and wiggling of the contact.

Reversing the process, I slid the contacts onto the terminals of the new heating element. Then, I screwed the backplate of the new heating element in place at the back of the oven with the 2 screws I had previously removed. I then restored power at the circuit breaker. The whole job took less then 10 minutes.

Unscrewed two screws, pulled the element out of the socket, pushed in replacement element, screwed in the two screws--done!

Pulled old one out, installed new one with a twist of the screw driver. Easy!!!

I removed the two screws for the bake element, diconnected the two wires attached to the bake element. I then reattached the wires to the new bake element, secured it with the two screws and I was done. It took five minutes and the oven works like new.
