I snapped a bolt on the main power terminal block when connecting the pigtail.
Removed the small metal panel covering the main power terminal in back of the electric range. Removed the nuts holding the red, white and black electrical wires from the range using the appropriate socket (there will be two nuts on each bolt end). Removed the two screws holding the main power terminal block with appropriate screw driver. Connect the new main power terminal block to the range using the two screws. Reconnect the red, black and white electrical wires coming from the range using one nut for each wire. IMPORTANT: do no over tighten the nuts because the bolts could snap. Reconnect the pigtail and secure the small metal panel covering the main power panel.

oven light not working

Block broke
Unplug power cord, remove wires from block. take 2 screws out. replace with new block about 15 mins. Done

Inside Light would not work
Turned off CB for the oven,Remove the oven from the cabinet , remove the back of the oven, replaced the light Assembly. turned on CB for the oven, tested the light. and truned off the CB and replace the back and reinstalled the oven in the cabinet.

Oven not heating properly
Unplug the oven, pull it out and empty the inside of the oven. The bottom heating element just unscrews from the back of the oven with two screws. Pull it out from the back of the oven and gently pull off the electrical connections. Reattach them to the new heating element, put it back into the oven and reattach the screws. Turn the oven on and check to make sure that the new heating element is working. Put everything back in the oven and you're done!

range handle fell off and screw got lost
It was worth the money for that little screw, since I didn't have to run all over trying to find the right one.

I shattered the original one when I took it out to clean it.
I placed the new glass in place, and replaced the screws. What I really want to tell abut is how QUICKLY my replacement part came from your company. I was so upset when I broke the original glass, but the replacement glass arrived within 24 hours! It was wonderful! Thank you!

Oven gets too hot,if set at 350 it heats to 550. Changed the sensor and was not the problem.
Took off the screws on the back of the stove and took out the sensor, and put in the new one.

water pump went out
it was very easy i took the pump off only two clips and two hoses holding it type in the model number at parts select it came right up soi new it right one from the picture got with in 3 days put it back on less then 10 mins

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

Right front burner had no variable control. Left front burnerwould not operate on dual.
I first removed the back of the stove and replaced the right front burner's switch, then tested it. Then I removed the stove top and replaced the left front dual burner. I then put the back and top back in place and tested the dual burner.

Oven door trim was rusty
Remember how you remove the glass. The side brackets go under the glass.

The 9" Large Surface Element was not heating-burned out
First turn off breakers for cooktop. Reached undereneath the cooktop and pushed it out and set on the counter. (1) unscrewed the frame holding the glass and removed it. (2) pulled glass off. (3) Unhooked the burned out element after identifying wire connections so I could connect the new element correctly. (4) Put the glass back on the frame. (5) Placed the frame over the glass and screwed it back to to frame. (6) Moved cooktop back into place. (7) Turned breakers back on and turned element on and it was operational. It was a very easy job.

Bake element replacement
Keep in mind that I am a 65 year old woman who has replaced bake elements on a much older range that was hard wired. I viewed the video so I knew what to expect. The job would have taken no more than 15 minutes if the retaining screws had not been stuck. After several doses of WD40, I finally managed to get them loose but only then after I had tried every screw driver in the house. I clamped the leads with vise grips to keep them from slipping back in the stove. Unplugging the old broken element and plugging in the new one took maybe a couple of minutes. The retaining screws went back in without a problem.
