The repair went easy the tube was a perfect fit

Start by removing all screws 3 for each burner total of 15 t-15 bit is required then proceed to remove spark igniters 5 total slight pull next step would be to slide a screwdriver under top left and right side to remove top shelf. There you will have access to the parts you need to replace. When done just reverse installation instructions to complete

I am retired Industrial Arts teacher with two masters degrees in education. I have 35 years of experience teaching children ages 12 - 18 to safely use woodworking tools and build furniture. I also have 40 years of experience in the remodeling and construction trade. This fix was fairly easy since I was able to draw on my vast experience that included repairing and rebuilding numerous machines and tools.
The Process: remove old ones replace with new ones.

Removed burner and replaced

Removed grill grates, gas distributors, etc. (just lift off). Used star screwdriver to remove screws (3 per burner for SML, 2 for power burner). Lift off stainless cover, which also lifts off the white sparkers I was replacing. Pull them off the wires (didn't need pliers, others said they did). Replace (make sure it is all the way on) and reverse your steps. White sparkers electrodes seemed loose when I put them back on, but tightened up when I fully secured the top back on. Make sure the wires aren't pinched underneath when you put the top back on. Recommended: If you've got one that isn't working, go ahead and replace all 3 (power burner is different) because the part is so cheap you may as well just do it now.

Replaced old burner element with new, easy

Remove bottom drawer,open oven door,take oven racks out,use flat tip screwdriver to remove two screws in back of oven. Then remove cover over burner and igniter.Reach under oven and unplug igniter,while down there use 1/4 inch nut driver and remove two screws holding burner. Then remove one screw inside oven in front of burner. Pull burner and igniter up and out of oven.I did not unplug stove or turn off gas some people may want to,if you have to move stove out to work on it

My wife could open and close the drawer without too much difficulty, but occasionally, it would not close properly and she would have to empty the contents do could alaign it properly to close. The last time she was talking about buying a whole new drawer. I asked her what the part looked like, as I never to fight with it. I went online and found the part for $1.16 plus shipping at $8 plus. I removed the two nuts that secure the rear orifice tubes. This allowed me to lift the range top to access the broken tubes. Once lifted I removed the nuts that held the broken orifice tubes. I then connected the new orifice tubes. I removed the three(star)screws that fasten the orifice brackets under the range top. Doing this allowed me to connect the new tubes without having to maneuver them at all. I then lowered the top just enough to reattach the brackets. After securing the rear tubes I snapped the range top back into place. Just remember, if you use propane for cooking then you must remove the brass orifices from the old tubes and place them in the new ones. If you don't do this then your flame will not burn properly. Simply unscrew them from the old tubing and put them in the new tubing.

called appliance repairman. He found problem and ordered new part. After 2 months waiting for part to get there, my husband got on internet and calld your number, and ordered what was needed. Now for the great thing. Within 4 working days we received what we thought we needed. but we had ordered the wrong part number. Got back on internet, went right to your web site, found the part that we did need, a flame spreader instead of the Deflector. called your service number, talked to a very nice person, again, told her what we did and ordered the correct part. Another great thing, we got that part the very next day. I returned the wrong part that same day. We then had our son install it and now we have a very nice working oven. Though out this very long ordeal, we talked to the applicance service people and got the same answer. The part has been ordered and it should be here next week. When we found your web site and called for the part, I called the appliance service and told them we had ordered the part ourselves and I would be happy to give her this information. THE VERY NEXT DAY she called us to tell us the part had fially arrived and they could come out the next day. Told them sorry but it as already taken care of. The very next time we need some part for any appliance we will call you first. Thank you for your very nice service people and the fast way that this all took place.

Simple to correct 1. lift off grate 2. lift off burner cover 3. lift off old burner. 4. replace burner, cover and grate. took 10 seconds. burner works perfect

The repair was just to exchange however, I am still shocked with the delivery. I ordered one day and they were delivered one day later. I was amazed.
