Undid 2 screw nuts holding the element to the back wall, with a 1/4" socket. Pulled off the two wires, pushed them onto the new element. Screwed the two nuts back on the rear wall. Done! Easy, worked 1st try.

unfastened clip at back of oven w/screwdriver. Pulled out the plug, unplugged the element. Plugged in new element, pushed back into place, refastened clip to hold it in place at back of oven.. Done

Removed the oven heater and checked with an ohm meter. It read 'open', so I ordered a new element. It came in a few days, and my 16 year old grandson installed it, and all is well!

Just followed the very simple video instructions…it took less than 5 minutes.

My husband removed the screws and took out the heat element and when we received the new heat element in 3 days (thank God!) My husband put the new part in the oven and replaced the screws!! Total repair time was about 5 mins!!!

All that was needed was to unscrew two screws holding it to the back of the oven and pull it out to get to the wires. Then unhook the wires and install new one. Less than 2 minutes.

Remove the old one and replaced the new one. It was very simple, fast, and easy.

Take out 2 screws disconnect the wires one on each side removed element recoonnected the wires put the 2 screws back in . Also I did flip breaker off while working. When I turned the oven on I noticed it gets bright red almost instantly. I dont remember my old getting red at all. this tells me it probably needed changing a lot earlier. I ordered the part sunday nite it arrived wednesday at lunch.I will definetly use this co again.

The repair took less time than finding the model number. After unplugging the range and allowing it to cool I disconnected the element (2 screws), went online and found Part Select ordered the element and saved $16.00 dollars over the least expensive local shop, I was amazed at how fast the element arrived, I believe it was 4 days from order to my door. I went to my local hardware store for some new connectors for the wire, put them on and plugged in the element fastened down the two screws and went back to baking cookies. The element was well and safely packed and came in perfect condition. It works like a charm. Thank You

ordered new heating element, arrived promptly as expected, compared new heating element to old one and it matched in size only diameter a little different, removed two sheet metal screws holding element in place and pulled out element to expose conductors and removed them with screwdriver. Installed conductors on new heating element slid into holes and installed screws, turned power back on(first step is to turn off power) turned on oven to preheat and she worked like a new one. Removed the screws, replaced it with the new bake element, put the screws back in........and bam! I'm back in business. That's how easy this was to repair. Bake element cost me 40 bucks, appliance repair shop wanted about 200 bucks to repair.

I flipped the 220 circuit breaker to shut off the electricity. I unscrewed the old element (2 screws). One problem I ran into was that there was insulation packed tight around the old wire, so when I went to pull it out one of the connectors came undone. So I had to take the small plate off the back of the stove and fish the wire back through. I connected the new wires and screwed the element to the back. I only needed a square head screw-driver for the whole job. It would've taken me 5 minutes if I wouldn't have had to fish the wire back through. Still, it only took around 20 minutes and was really easy. The element cost me less than half of what an appliance repair shop charged. I'm a woman, and I've never attempted anything like this before but the video made it so easy to do! Thanks for saving me a bundle of money!

Very quick and easy fix. Used a nut driver to unscrew the bolts. Pulled it out and disconnected the two wires. I was very happy with the wonderful service we received from Partselect.com. I ordered the part Sunday evening and the part was here Tuesday by noon. I payed regular shipping charges. What a pleasant surprise!

Unscrewed 2 screws, used pliers to pull off push on terminals attached to element . Slide terminals back onto new element and replaced screws. EASY

The new part was shipped and recieved very fast.
I removed the old one and installed the new one going by how I took the old one out. It was simple to do even for a 75 year old lady.. Thanks.
