Incorrect Burner Bowls
For 12 years I've been suffering with the incorrect burner bowls...I love to cook and it's really irritating when your bowls don't fit correctly. Now, I am amazed at how my burners fit! Thank you! What a Blessing!

The stove's burner bowls were dirty and old and the chrome was gone where the cooking drippings had collected under the previous owner's usage.
We simply typed in the model of the range and several selections of replacements came up on your website. We ordered the black porcelain ones to replace the old chrome ones, thinking they might hold up better and be easier to clean. They look great and I really think they WILL be easy to wipe up. eye wouldnt come on
removed the top section on stove and removed the wires off swtitch and put on new one then put new switch in

Oven Sensor Replacement
The part was just like the old one and would have been an easy fix except our range suffered from a lighting hit. The clips had melted together. Called a dealer and asked about a new wiring harness. He said in those cases just cut the clip off and hard wire with wire clips,or firecrackers. We used wire nuts and taped all together and the oven works just great. Nothing is ever as easy as it should be.

2 mounting bracket included, wires too long
I couldn't tell which one work best till I installed 2 units and I liked the other bracket for stability.The wired were too long and there is not a given way to strap them and keep them away from the heat source.

replace oven element
very important 1st step. switch power supply off too oven. the wires are too short to replace element without removing rear cover from stove. the wire slide tabs are then exposed for easy replacement of element.

Burner not heating
Removed old socket, I had replaced with a aftermarket that really did not work well. When I recieved the terminal block kit from your company it was the proper kit. Service was better than expected, part and price was great and it took very little time ti install. Thank you.

bake element broke
I watched a you tube video that was extremely helpful.I removed the two screws holding the bake element in.Once I removed the two wires,I bent them so they did not retract intot he oven.I attached the two wires,installed the screws and was done in less than 15 minutes.

Oven light wire broken, damaged socket
Remove light bail, glass cover held by two nut screws. Pull socket, removed clips in back, replaced wire connectors, placed new socket in, then glass cover and bail. Wire connected in back, cover plate replaced.

Mine was easy
I ordered new oven racks. My old ones were the original with the range (uncleanable). I cleaned by oven till it shined and when I put in the new racks it looked like a new oven. I'm very happy.
