Pans were old and looked it!
The repair was just to exchange however, I am still shocked with the delivery. I ordered one day and they were delivered one day later. I was amazed.

Old dishwasher rack and silverware rack
The whole process was very easy! I just got the model number and bought a new rack and silverware holder on,one. There was no assembly needed so I just popped them in and replaced the old ones! Very easy to do!

Medal Burners
I have had my medal burners for 5 years and with young adults cooking I could not seem to get them cleaned. They had the part that I needed and now I have a whole new top stove. Thank you

Drip Trays lost finish due to use
Removed grates, lifted old drip pan, cleaned well and put new drip pans in. Simple and looks SO MUCH better!

parts worn looking
No repair needed, just replaced parts. But the real story is that I ordered 6 parts and they came in 2 days. Five came correctly - one was wrong. One five minute phone call and the correct part came two days later. Never had such speed in delivery. And person I spoke with to correct the order was excellent. What a place to do business! Cracked the left burner tubes
I opened cook top without disassemble cook top and broke the left front tube.
After I received left front tube and disassemble cook top to install and found right front tube also not good condition.
I ordered right front tube and installed both tube. I recommend order both front tubes to save shipping.
The tubes were easy to install but little bit hard to remove old Electrode for disassemble cook top and to line up cook top and holder orifice screw hole for assemble.

The front tubing broke.
