Replaced the outlet the one of the top burners on top of my stove, it went very well.
I followed the instructions on the video, the only thing they left out is where the wires go through to the back of the stove being that there are sharp edges. A role of glass tape would have been handy to replace the old tape. Thanks for asking, I hope this helps someone else.

bake element fried and broke in 3 pieces
I removed the two screws that hold the element, then I took the back cover of the range to have access to the wires, after that, I took the old one out, placed the new one and finally hooked the wires and placed the two screws right back. Very easy. I thought about bringing someone to do the job, and after I was done, I couldn't believe how easy it was.

The light inside the oven had burned out
0. As a safety precaution, unplug the range or hit the relevant fuse breaker before you start. You might also want to grab a flashlight. Definitely do not try to do this while the oven is hot.
1. Pinch the wire over the light bulb cap to remove it. This is inside the oven at the back.
2. Pop off the hemispherical glass cap.
3. Unscrew the old light bulb, and screw the new light bulb in its place.
4. Put the cap back.
5. Secure the cap by putting the wire back in its slots on the cap.

No tools needed, the cap is just held in place with pressure from the wire.

Bake element Burnt Out and Needed Replacement
I am a recently divorced mom who is too proud to ask for help. When I received the part I took the time to read all of the previous posts. I did exactly as many people suggested: pull the oven out, unplug, clean up since you're back there anyway, used the nut driver to remove the metal plate in back and unscrew the two in the oven, carefully unclipped the electodes from the old element with the needle nose, remove the old element, insert the new element, reinsert the electodes , tighten all nut both in the oven and the large metal plate in back , plug back in, push the oven back in place. I reset the clock and also did what one person mentioned which was to turn the oven on and let heat up for about 20 minutes to burn off any of the manufacture coatings that were on the new element. This did not even take me 15 minutes! I was so proud of myself, I told anyone who would listen! Thank you to all of the men and women who took the time to detail what to do, you made my first repair as a single mom awesome!!

Broken Oven Rack
I'm so pleased with the ease of placing my order, the price, and the speed of delivery. My only challenge was figuring out the correct part to order, as I didn't have an owner's manual for the range when we moved into the house. But once I located the model # in the range's lower drawer, the website did a good job of guiding me toward the correct replacement part. In my case there was no "repair" involved; I was simply replacing a broken lower oven rack. I would definitely use this company again.
