This valve will automatically cut off the flow of gas when it reaches a certain pressure.

This is the nut that has a hole in the center and is attached to the drain tube that leads the grease/oil from the grill pan.

Burner valves are attached to the main gas line. When the switch is turned the gas then flows into a tube that mixes with air, creating the appropriate mixture for combustion.

This restrictor ring is part of the blower assembly for downdraft cook tops. Sold individually.
