The dryer was not able to stay on after pressing the start button
This was my second time having to fix this dryer and since it was apart previously i figured i would not have an issue remembering all of the screws that held the back of the dryer together. I carefully removed all of the connections (3) to the relay switch and replaced it with the new one and again was careful to handle the soldered connections while reconnecting them , once this was done i plugged in the dryer and low and behold it stayed on and has since been working with no further issues. Thank you Part Select for being there for us as we have a two year old and are expecting another child in april 2010 . Your availability is none surpassed. Thanks , Tim Lansing , Schenectady NY

Easy
Total Repair Time:

Tools:
Pliers, Screw drivers
Oven temperature lagging set temperature by almost 100F
Removed frame to cabinet lag screws
Slid oven out of cabinet (required because wire harness could not be pulled through inside of oven)
Removed two screws holding attaching sensor inside oven
Uncoupled wire harness
Installed new sensor in reverse order

Unfortunately, neither the new bake element or sensor fixed the problem, so I just ordered the more expensive control board -- hope that does it.

bake element failed.
On removing old bake element one of the connecting wires got stuck behind the insulation, behind the metal stove interior, and didn't come out attached to the dead element, like the other side. I fashioned a small hook on the end of a 8" long piece of thin wire and fished the connecting wire through the insulation and into the interior of the stove. Now it was just plug both ends into the new element insert through the 2 holes on the back of the stove interior, screw in the 2 self tapping screws, and turn on the power. done.
