Oven woudn't heat - lower element didn't heat
Took out the two screws that held the old element. Disconnected (unscrewed) the two power cords. Screwed in new power cords and put two screws in new element. Works like a charm. Took longer to get the new element out of the box than to replace it! Thank you!!!

baking element broke and would not heat
Shut electric off to range[circuit breaker], removed door and baking racks, removed two screws holding element to back of the oven compartment, pulled the element out to expose the wires, removed screws fastening the wires to the element. Discarded the damaged element and installed the new one in the reverse order. Turned on power and tested. Everything worked fine.

bottom oven burner burnt out
fairly easy. Only four screws. The only problem was reaching the back of the oven without hurting my back and being careful not to over tighten the wires to the new burner ends. I wish all repair were as easy.

Unplugged oven. Removed the two screws from inside the oven that secured element to the back. I then removed the protective cover for the plug from behind the oven-three screws. Disconnected the element from the electrical wires, removed and replaced the element. And reassembled the cover and all the screws in reverse order. Plugged it in. Presto, 5 mins and works great.

Although the element looked like mine in the picture the hookup was different
Element was easy to remove two screws and unplug it. New element didn't have the same prongs and brace was different. Added ends to plug with screws supplied drilled new holes in oven back for brace. Works fine for a repair by a 65 year old woman.
