RB737*D3 Hotpoint Range - Instructions

Could not believe how fast the part shipped. 2 days and it was here. All it took was using a nut driver to remove 4 screws and then put the new one in.

My 17 year old son and I (his mom) replaced the oven element in less than 15 minutes!!! It was so easy. We first unplugged the stove since I didn't want to go and shut off the circuit breaker in the dark!! We then removed the two screws that hold the element in place and started to pulled out the element. It was actually corroding in my hands as I pulled it out. We disconnected the wires and then put in the new element by reconnecting the wires, pushing the connections back in and replacing the two screws that hold the element in. The oven heated right up!!! What a savings to do it yourself and not have a repairman charge us extra to do a 10 minute job!! Thank you Part Select for your fast service. I will definitely look here before I shop anywhere else. Four screws and two wires.

unplugged oven. removed oven racks.Disconnected old unit. Installed new unit. Very very simple

Turned off power. Removed oven racks. Removed the 2 screws that held the element in place. Pulled element out about 3 in. & disconnected 3 wires. Placed new element, reconnected 3 wires & reconnected the 2 screws that hold element in place. Turned power back on & it works great!!. Was very pleased at how easy it was & also how fast I received the part, which was day after I ordered it.

Unplugged range. Removed old element from back of oven which was held in by two screws. Unscrewed the wires that were attached to old element and screwed them into the new one.

Your "virtual repairman" was fantastic. I would have purchased the wrong part without trhe diagnostic service. It said that 53% of the time the infinite switch was the problem. In my case it was 100%. Why I put up with this problem for 6 years I will never know.

Repair job was easy but longer than the 15 minutes that it said it would take.

First of all I did this repair because the wire to the burner shorted out. I did the wire portion first - only then did I know I needed the switch kit. (The burner was operating while my old swithch was OFF). The first (wire replacement) repair took about 10 minutes - I followed the guidance on this web-site. The second repair (The switch) took about 20 minutes. The switch ws not the same as the original. Just be careful to mark each wire as you remove them from the old switch's posts. The posts on the switch are marked and you need to place them on the like-marked corresponding posts on the new switch. All is well, my burner is operational.

I removed the burner, then the chrome dish. The nuts for the wires were rusted to the terminals, so I had to break the module apart and grind the nuts off.After that the new module went fine.

First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. Then I replaced it with the new element that took only two days to arrive and that was without paying extra express shipping fees. It couldn't have been easier. I didn't even wait for my husband to come home and install it. I had an oven-baked meal ready when he got home. I was very satisfied.

It only took 15 minutes and a nut driver to replace.The part was $22,well worth keeping my oven going for a few more yaers

Unpluged Stove, Unscrewed the wires attached to the Element in the back of stove after I removed the cover. Removed the two screws that held the Element at the back of the oven compartment. Then replaced the Element with the new one and put back the screws, the wires and the cover in the same sequence iI took it apart. Plugged it back in works like new!

My husband removed the screws holding the element, disconnected the wires from the old element. He then reattached the wires to the new element, putting it back into place, tightened the screws, and we were cooking again. The shipping service was GREAT! I ordered the part on-line and it arrived next day! Thanks!

I removed the original element with socket set (two hex nuts). I removed the element and face plate, reversing the steps when installing the new element. It was simple.

Turned off circuit. Unscrewed old element. Connected new element and screwed it in. Worked like a charm. It shipped very quickly. Could not be more satisfied; total repair: $30 and prevented me from buying a new oven; satisfaction: priceless.
