Old element had ceased to work.
I removed the two screws that hold the element to the back of the oven. Pulling the element out of the back, I removed the screws which connect the element to the electrical wiring. I placed the new element into position and reconnected the wiring. I made sure that the wiring and connectors were insulated with shrink wrap plastic, then pushed the new element into place. Connecting the two screws to the back of the oven completed the job. Toughest part, kneeling on my knees -- the part supplied fit like a glove and it works wonderfully well. Hint: measure the connectors to the wiring so that you order the correct length! (I didn't and had to reorder, but I am very happy with PartSelect.)

Oven would not heat; range element burned out
First of all the part came super fast with standard delivery. We threw the circuit switch to the oven. We used a nut driver to remove the nuts holding the element in place and then gently pulled it out of the hole so we could see the terminals. Using a screwdriver we loosened the screws that hold the terminals to the power lines. We put the old element aside and laid the new element on the floor of the oven. Using a screwdriver and the original screws we attached the terminals of the new element to the power lines. Using a screwdriver and the new screws provided we attached the bracket to the back of the oven. Turned on the power; used the oven. Works perfectly.

Front Burner,no control of.
The original controls were different for the small burners and the large burners. The replacement part fits all. Before removing wires, pay attention to writing on new and old control and replace 1 at a time. The hardest part was being sure to cut the knob stem to the correct length. Control works well.

Shaft for burner control knob broke off
I flipped breaker off for electic and confirmed that power to the stove was off. I removed the 2 screws holding the control unit in place. Carefully removed all knobs and buttons and pryed the cover for the control unit off. I then removed old part, removed the wired and clipped wires to the new unit. Put cover back on - has some difficulty getting the panel back in place to line up the screws. But after a couple of attempts, was able to line up unit and put screws in place to secure. Replaced all knobs. Turn breaker back on and cooked lunch. Very easy job. Most difficult part was getting panel back in position. I would watch alignment more carefully before I removed in next time. Easy home repair for Women...not sure about my man?

Element had cracked - arcing to oven base.
My oven is so old that the model # tag has been scrubbed blank. I search your site by Brand name and oven description. I found the pictured element in your listing and sized it up. Part arrived as promised. It was simple to install - power down oven via circuit breaker and remove 4 ea screws and removed defective element. Install new element and reattach via screws. Turn on circuit breaker and power up oven to test - all working fine.
