Stove Top burner didn't work/oven element burnt out
For the burner, I followed the simple instructions that came with the new burner(there is a video as well on this website). Cut the wire, stripped the ends off. The cereamic wire nuts were very easy to put on. That was pretty much it for the burner. Replacing the oven element was even easier. Two small screws, pull the element out about 3 inches, unhooked the two contact points and put the new one in. Voila, stove and top burner work like they used to. On a side note, the shipping was extremely fast. Ordered my parts on a Wed and they were at my doorstep on Thurs. NY to ME in 24hrs.

Couldn't find drip pans that fit
I went to all of the do-it yourself stores and spent a bunch of money on aftermarket drip pans only to find out that none of them fit. I came up on your website and also called customer service. The found the right part and mailed it too me. They fit perfectly. No more burnt and rusty drip pans. I know where to go for parts now.

Replace ill-fitting drip pans
After two failed attempts to get the 'correct' drip pans for my range from two other supply outlets, Part Select had the proper drip pans for this model. They fit perfectly! Simple installation and threw away those cheap, poorly fitting replacement pans I've put up with for three years! Thanks Part Select for having the correct parts!!

Bottom element burnt out
My husband removed the broken element within a few minutes & was able to install the new part in the same amount of time. Even though this was the recommended part for my oven it was slightly larger than the previous element, but all the important parts fit fine it's just a little bit longer (back to front) than the other. Oven pre-heats 3 times faster than before & cooks evenly again, very satisfied with it!

Bake Element Burned Out
The wire connectors were burn too, that may have caused the Element to burn-up on the end. The Broiler Element wire was getting bad too, so I replaced the old connector. Everything is working fine,I'm glad you guys were there.
