inconsistent temperature
At first I used a nutdriver to remove the two inside screws and found that one of the wires were not long enough to disconnect. I had to remove an access panel in the back which only had 5 screws to remove. I took it off, replaced the element and put it all back together. Then my wife tested it by baking an angel food cake which turned out perfect.

Three terminal blocks burned out (disintegrated) on electric stove
First I want to thank Part Select for having the video online or I would not have attempted the repair. Also I saved over $75 on the parts!!!!!! It would have cost me $105 for parts and $125 for service tech to replace the burned off terminal blocks with new ones. Parts cost me $35 with shippiing, I did the repair saving me $195 !!!!!!!!! I replaced the parts as describied in the video and all is well. By the way, I got the parts in less than 24hours after ordering, cheaper than driving 30 miles to pick up overpriced parts !!!!

My oven bake element stopped working.
It was too simple. I unplugged the oven. Unscrewed the old element. Disconnected the wire plugs from the element. Plugged the new element in to the two wires and screwed the new element in to the back of the oven. DONE! There are several Youtube videos that document this process if you want the visuals.

The heating element in the oven broke in two.
Removed the old element by removing two screws and pulling the ends through the back wall. Removed the wires simply by unplugging them. Plugged wires into new element, put back through back wall and secured with 2 screws.

Bake element burned out
The appliance repair service had never heard of this old brand, but I was able to order this and have it shipped at a more economical price than any other appliance parts service. All the repair service had to do was to walk in and install.

Stove wires were not long enough.
Required taking back of stove off to properly extend the wires to plug in the new element as well as crimping existing plugs to obtain a secure contection.
